We know that everything centres on an optimum production process. That is why Bosgraaf remains a committed partner following delivery to ensure that equipment functions as efficiently as possible. For the purpose of that partnership Bosgraaf operates a 24-hour service department, which can be contacted 7 days a week. Bosgraaf is on 24-hour standby to get your production system up and running as soon as possible following a breakdown. The service department also carries out preventative maintenance. The success factor of the service and after-sales department is formed by the large number of broadly-deployable staff members. A permanent team of service engineers can if necessary be supported by the production department.
We also like to exchange ideas with customers with the aim of improving the efficiency of the production process. That can take the form of a minor adjustment to the equipment, or the complete restructuring of the production process.
