Bosgraaf BV develops and produces innovative equipment for cheese systems, filling systems (filling and portioning) and convenience food systems (sandwiches and packaging lines). Our equipment stands out for its sound and durable construction. But Bosgraaf's approach is also characterised by its drive and its ability to meet customer requirements, and our many years' experience mean that we often stand out for our advice, too.
Our product groups are completed with service and after-sales by means of a 24/7 service department, highlighting the fact that Bosgraaf also remains a committed partner for you following delivery.
The foundation for the current company was laid at the end of the nineteen-seventies with the construction of machines for the regional dairy processing companies that emerged strongly during that period. In the years to follow Bosgraaf BV continued to extend its services within the food and non-food sectors.
In 1998 the company was taken over by the investment company VADO. This purely financial investor gives the appointed management maximum freedom for entrepreneurship.
During the past 5 years a stable organisation has been put in place whilst retaining the company's highly rated flexible nature and innovative approach. A big gain is the fact that turnover has been made more stable through a mix of products and a larger sales area. Bosgraaf has entered into an alliance with Tetra Pak, for instance, and other than in the Netherlands Tetra Pak and Bosgraaf work in partnership all over the world in the area of cheese press and salting systems.
The alliance with Tetra Pak began in 2005 and was intensified following the departure of Betelgeuze in August 2006. A number of Betelgeuze employees were given the opportunity to join Bosgraaf BV at that time. As a result of this, Bosgraaf's product range has been extended with 'traditional' cheese press lines and rack salting systems. The alliance with Tetra Pak is structured in such a way that Bosgraaf and Tetra Pak act as partners and the Bosgraaf identity is clearly retained.
