Major sauce producer

In March 2008 the new filling line for filling liquid margarine and cooking oils was taken into use by a major sauce producer that supplies premium quality products in the food sector.
Situation
A choice was made in consultation with the customer for a filling unit with 2 portioning heads that are used alternately. A big advantage of this is the continuous supply of product in the supply pipe.
Solution
In addition to the filling unit, the fully automated system can also handle buckets and lids.
The machine has the following functionalities:
- destacking (including buffer capacity)
- transport
- portioning and weighing
- sealing
- fitting lids (including buffer capacity)
The system features changeable seal units for square and round buckets.
